Casa Kupuri 32 is a beachfront estate within the gated Kupuri Estates community at Punta Mita, set directly on a calm swim-friendly stretch of the Bay of Banderas. Six bedrooms, six bathrooms and direct beach access — with ocean views from every room and a heated infinity pool that holds twelve adults overlooking the reef.

You enter Kupuri 32 by descending fifteen-foot-wide marble stairs bordered on both sides by a shimmering waterfall of thousands of small rounded black stones. With each step, the view in front of you slowly enlarges, revealing the reef, the ocean, and finally the mountain in the distance. The house was designed with three distinct goals: amazing views from every room, a laid-back five-star resort feel, and spaces that encourage family bonding and lifetime memories. Inside, the open-plan living areas flow through a gourmet kitchen, formal dining for twelve, and multiple sitting areas out to the expansive ocean-facing terrace.
