Kupuri Estates is a gated community on the Punta Mita peninsula in Riviera Nayarit, México — approximately 26 individually-owned private villas, some directly on the sand, others set back among palm gardens, a few perched on the hillside. All of them share one private resident beach club.

This site features the eleven Kupuri Estates villas currently represented by Villa Experience. Some beachfront, some second row, some hillside. The line between them is shorter than it sounds: the entire community shares the private Kupuri Beach Club — pool, restaurant, cabanas, kayaks, beach service — so even the second-row and hillside villas open onto premium oceanfront amenities a few minutes from their front door.

The community sits a 45-minute drive north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), inside the broader Punta Mita gated peninsula. Streets are private, staffing is full-time, and the rhythm is unhurried. Each villa has its own pool, its own kitchen, its own staff; the beach club is shared.

Most Kupuri Estates rentals also convey with a Punta Mita Premier or Golf membership for the duration of your stay — opening up the rest of the peninsula's clubs (Pacifico, Sufi, El Surf, Sea Breeze at the St. Regis) and tee times on the two Jack Nicklaus championship courses (Pacifico and Bahía).
